Junior Sales Account Manager

For our sales team we are looking for a Junior Sales Account Manager to join our office in Cayirova Kocaeli Istanbul – Turkey.
Your role:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the private and commercial markets.
- Build and maintain close relationships with your customer portfolio to increase sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide customised elevator solutions based on customer needs and project specifications.
- Prepare and submit compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- You will keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity and technological advances to effectively position our products.
- You will provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- You will work with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- You are legitimised to work in Turkey. Our office is located in Cayirova Kocaeli – Istanbul.
Your qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the elevator, construction or related industries.
- General understanding of elevator systems, technology and market dynamics.
- Communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good language skills in Turkish and English are required. Other languages (Arabic, French, Russian, etc.) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
